See I used to work at a video game store. The other guys used to sell there games as new even if they were opened. Like if someone wanted to try it at there store or if it was returned shit even if the guy behind the counter wanted to bring it home for the night. At my place we had a policy were if it was opened it was considered used end of story I go this video right off the bat damn game stop and the like keep ripping us off with opened games.
